Foot Zoning

What is Foot Zoning? Foot Zoning is where a practitioner presses on a certain parts of the foot with a direct pressure. The specialist uses your feet to determine what imbalances you may have in your body. They use this to send signals via your spinal cord, nervous system and meridians to other parts of your body to promote healing and relaxation.

How can it help me? Foot Zoning works the nerve signals in the feet through a specific massage technique to stimulate the brain to affect change in the corresponding area — muscle, bone, joint, organ or system. The zone encourages the cells to return to their original healthy state. After a foot zone treatment most people will feel relaxed and a great release of stress. They may feel that their body feels more in balance allowing the body as a whole to have a more perfect state of lightness and balance.
